Here's the deal folks: When you are dealing with Doordash driver support, either by phone or by chat, you have to take those things with a grain of salt. But, someone from Doordash said it, so it has to be right, doesn't it? The customer entered the wrong address, the actual address is several miles away, and they'll say you have to take it to that address.They'll tell you that you have to go back to a restaurant and wait for the right food when the order was messed up (without offering compensation).They tell you that you can get deactivated for rejecting deliveries. ![]() What do you do with what the support rep tells you?
